SIZING

What size should I order / How does an item fit?

We do our best to include a size chart on each items page for you to use as a guide as well as a description of the item along with if the item is relaxed fit or fitted. If you have any other questions about sizing and fit, you can email us at: LandingLily@gmail.com

 

ORDER/PAYMENTS

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Paypal and Sezzle. We don't accept personal checks, money orders or bank transfers. Cash is only accepted for local orders.

What is Sezzle?

Sezzle is a payment system that we've added for your convenience! Sezzle allows you buy now - pay later. You pay 25% of your total at checkout and Sezzle breaks your total up into 4 easy payments. Payments are due every 2 weeks. For more information you can visit Sezzle.com or contact us with any questions.

How do I use a discount code at checkout?

If you clicked on the link from an email, the code will be added to your cart automatically as long as you met the codes requirements. If you need to type in a code, you will see a "Discount Code" box at checkout. You can type or paste your code there to have it applied to your order.

How many discount codes can I use at one time?

At this time only one discount code will be accepted at checkout. Some discount codes only allow for one use per customer and won't work if you've used it already.

How to apply gift cards/store credit codes at checkout?

You can enter your gift card/store credit code in the same box as the "Discount Code" box at checkout.

Can I use discount codes with already discounted/sale items?

Most discount codes will NOT apply to discounted/sale items (unless stated otherwise).

I made a mistake on my order! How can I change an order that's already been placed?

Once your order is placed, you AND us will be unable to make changes to that order including cancelling the order. If you need to fix your address, size, etc please email us at: LandingLily@gmail.com for further assistance.

I didn't receive an order confirmation

Order confirmations are sent you the email you entered once the order is submitted. If you did not receive an order confirmation, first check your spam folder. If after 2 hours you still haven't received an order confirmation, please contact us at LandingLily@gmail.com so we can check and make sure your email is correct in the system (We want you to get your shipping confirmations too!) Make sure to add LandingLily@gmail.com to your inbox/safe sender.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do you have gift certificates/cards?

YES! They make amazing gifts! We do not offer plastic cards at this time, but all of our gift cards can be emailed or printed for your convenience! You can order your gift cards here: Gift Cards

Do you have a store I can come visit?

We are an online only boutique. Visit us online anytime (even if its when you're at work)

The item I want is out of stock! What should I do?

The biggest heartbreak of them all! We feel your pain! But no worries, you can always sign up for restock alerts (on the products page) and get emailed THE SECOND it comes back into our warehouse. You'll have first grabs at the item before the rest of the world tries to purchase it. Please note, some items (especially seasonal) may not be restocked.
