Returns/Exchanges


Return Policy

We want you to have the BEST shopping experience with us! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we will do what we can to try and make it better!
When your order arrives please look it over as soon as possible. If you think you've received an item that's defective/broken/torn please contact us as soon as possible (LandingLily@gmail.com). We will accept notifications for defects up to 5 days of receiving your order. If you were sent incorrect or are missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out!
Our Return Procedure
  • If you need to return anything for any reason, no worries! We offer store credit on all orders. Store Credit will be in the form of a Gift Card Code via email.
  • Returns must be sent within 14 days of order being placed
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping when sending items back to us.
  • Delivery orders can be picked up by us. Please contact us to schedule a pickup.
  • All Discounted (including Black Friday Sales) and BOGO items cannot be returned (Final Sale)
  • Please note: Any discount code used will effect amount given back on store credit. (If you used got a discount, you will only be refunded the amount you paid for the item, not the items pre-discounted amount)
  • Items being returned must be in original packing/condition with tags still on them (If the tags are removed, you will not be able to return the item)
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered, have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair to return.
Once items are received, we will process your return within 5 business days and issue your store credit minus the original shipping fees. 

Exchanges

At this time, if we have the size you need we will exchange it. Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees. If you need to exchange a size, email Mandy at: LandingLily@gmail.com BEFORE sending your product(s) back. If we do not have the size you need, you can return the item for a store credit. Please note: We carry limited quantities in various sizes and may sell out of your size quickly. We cannot guarantee your size will be available for an exchange.

Canceling/Changing Orders

We know things happen and you may need to cancel/change your order. Once your order is placed our team usually fulfills and ships your item within 24 hours. If there is an issue, please contact us asap either by email or social media messenger so we can make changes. Once your order is fulfilled we cannot cancel your order.

Sezzle Orders

Orders placed with Sezzle payments are elidible for exchange or returns for a gift card code as long as they meet the requirements as stated above. Unfortunately we cannot cancel payments through Sezzle and you will be required to continue your payments with them. If you return an item and receive a gift card code, you cannot use the code to pay off your Sezzle payment. You can use the gift card code to grab another item that you would love to have thru our website!

Adding an Item to a Processed Order

We get it! You paid for your stocked cart and happen to see something else you MUST HAVE! If you wish to purchase another item and add it to your order, please contact Mandy at LandingLily@gmail.com so she can assist you further.
